There is no doubt that being an allied health professional is rewarding yet challenging. However, the metrics often imposed on health professionals by the organisations they work for can make it even more difficult and contribute to burnout within the profession. So how do you balance authenticity and metrics with service delivery in a way that is sustainable?
That’s the one of the topics discussed in this wide-ranging conversation when Jo is joined by Paul Inglizian. Paul has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and has extensive experience in clinical supervision.
You can connect with Paul Inglizian via his website at Hope Coast Counseling.
